We’re making a EUge mistake!

What’s happening at 1pm on Monday 13^th November?  Well, the beginning of the parliamentary debate on the EU withdrawal bill, that’s what. 

We believe that the results of the Brexit negotiations should be put to the nation in the form of a referendum, in which the ballet paper includes the option to remain in the EU.

Do you agree? Make your views known by coming to the gathering and speeches organised by the Oxford European Movement at 1pm on Monday 13^th November at Bonn Square, Oxford, OX1 1LQ.  Come and say YES to Europe!

The Green Party’s David Williams will be reading out a statement from the Oxford European Movement.  It will call on the MPs in Oxfordshire to request that the results of the negotiations be put to a referendum.

For nearly 70 years, The European Movement has led the campaign for a dynamic, popular, integrated and efficient Europe that can deliver jobs, security, prosperity and justice. It recognises that European integration is a process not an edifice set in stone and that the UK should play an imaginative and constructive role in making it work more effectively and efficiently for all our citizens.

Since the referendum in June 2016, we have been campaigning to ensure that Britain’s role in Europe is beneficial to the country and secures prosperity for many generations going forward.
