Trident – the real cost of renewal

Nigel Day, from the Oxford Branch of CND, has kept track of Trident for many years, often following the unmarked lorries that secretly transport the missile across the country.

He will talk about the decision to replace Trident, and about the implications for Oxfordshire of the movement of nuclear material through the county.

For reference:

The Music Room can be found in Queen Street at the corner with Newlands Street.  Look out for a sign hanging high up on the corner of the building, which will say “Music Room”.

The entrance to the Music Room from Queen Street is past the car park on your right (signed “Ready Steady Spice”), under the archway ahead of you and on your left. Please do not drive under the archway.

Parking is available in the car park signed “Ready Steady Spice” (it’s an Indian restaurant!), or on street- in either Queen Street or Newlands Street.
