This is the first meeting of the South Oxfordshire District Council after the Conservatives lost their majority. In this formal AGM the new councillors will have to elect a chairman and council leader. But who will be the leader in a council made up of 12 Liberal Democrats, 10 Conservatives, 5 Greens, 3 Labour, 3 Henley Residents and 3 independents? Will they elect a temporary leader while sorting out who will work with whom?

Once you have seen a council meeting, you will being to realise why we put so much effort into getting Green council elected. Now that we have a Green group on South Oxfordshire council, they need your help in fighting for local residents.
