Oxford East action day

Join us this Saturday as we swing into campaigning to ask 80,000 people to vote for a Green MP in Oxford East.

At this upcoming event volunteers will group together and go door-to-door talking to East Oxford residents, highlighting the work and vision of the Green Party. If you have not done this before do not worry as new volunteers will be paired with more experienced members. You don’t have to know everything about Green Party policies, the main aim is a friendly hello and giving the offer of more information later.

Meet at 41 Magdalen Rd at 2pm, get to know each other, hand out pads, pens, maps and some information guides and then set out. The aim is to finish and gather back around 4pm to share stories and a celebratory hot or cold drink, but please come even if you can only volunteer for an hour.

There is the extra option of arriving at 1pm for a meal and a bit of socialising. Please email [email protected] if you would like some food.
