Green Fair: a success!

Last Saturday saw another successful year for the Green Fair at Oxford Town Hall, with many people visiting and lots of money raised. The day was opened by the new Green Party leader, Natalie Bennett, and visitors were greeted by live music performed on the town hall steps. The many stalls offered a range of locally or ethically produced gifts for sale, information from local and national campaign groups, and featured green technologies.

Thanks to everyone who helped make the event a success – whether as a volunteer or just to show your support. Huge thanks to Lucy Tennyson and the team for a magnificent Winter Green Fair. Special thanks to Linda Losito and Bob Cowley for holding everything together behind the scenes. Well done and warm thanks to all volunteers who helped on the day.
