All people deserve good, healthy nourishment. The good earth is rich and can provide for everyone, none should go hungry or have to beg for charity. Systems of food production and distribution have a profound effect on our lives; the Green Party understands this and is bringing together its parliamentary candidates in and around Oxford to give their views on the issue. They will be joined by Colin Tudge, the organiser of the Oxford Real Farming Conference and an accomplished author in the field of social and sustainable agriculture.
These speakers will address the need for a radical reform of food and farming in Britain, to be followed by a period of discussion during which audience members are invited to ask questions.
