Green Gathering 2016

Our annual celebration of all the hard work of our devoted supporters takes place in Abingdon this year.

There will be a great lunch provided by Abingdon Green Party, guest speakers, green awards, workshops, quiz and much more.....A full timetable of the day is now available.

Green Awards: call for nominations

Those of you who have had elections, Oxford, West Oxfordshire and Cherwell district (otherwise known as North Oxfordshire) think who you can nominate for the following awards:

Most improved canvassing effort – by a group or individual

Most improved leafleting effort -  by a group or individual.

Everyone consider who you will nominate for these awards:

Outstanding contribution April 2015 – May 2016 (for a party or individual)

Innovation (any idea or strategy that everyone needs to steal from you...)

Working together (best example of team work by a group of individuals)

Best local issue campaign

Life time contribution

Peoples’ choice (you get to suggest a category and a winner - as funny or as serious as you like)

Please write a maximum of 150 words explaining why you think this person (or group) deserves the nomination. You are asked to read out your statement at the Green Gathering, or please find someone else to do it if you are unable to come.
