Gender and Progressive Politics -Oxford International Women's Festival

As part of the Oxford International Womens Festival, and hosted by the Oxford Young Greens, we warmly welcome you to join us and our panel of inspiring thinkers and radical activists, to explore visions for a gender just world and ideas for how we get there.

We are thrilled to announce that our speakers so far include:

Nikki Van der Gaag: Author of "Feminism: Why the World Still Needs the F-word" and "The No Nonsense Guide to Feminism". Nikki is an independent consultant and has formerly also worked for international agencies including Oxfam and UN Women.

Henna Zamurd-Butt: Editor of Media Diversified, an organisation that seeks to challenge under-representation of BAME communities in the UK news media. Henna is also currently a doctoral candidate researching geopolitics and the internet at Goldsmiths College, London.
