Freezing weather means emergency beds will open for people experiencing rough sleeping

Says Green Councillor Dick Wolff, Shadow Green Portfolio Holder for Housing and Homelessness, "We support the opening up of emergency accommodation at this time but expecting people who lead often chaotic lives to turn up between 11pm and midnight to be allocated accommodation is creating an unnecessary barrier to the provision of this vital service."
