Oxford voted overwhelmingly to Remain. So did our elected MPs represent this view?
The Greens have hit out against Oxford's MPs (Andrew Smith and Nicola Blackwood) for going against the wishes of Oxford's electorate and voting to support an unamended Article 50 Bill. Says Green Councillor and leading Remain campaigner David Williams, "This vote will go down in history, alongside support for the Iraq War, as the most damaging political decision in a generation. It is shameful that our representatives chose not to represent us but back their respective party lines instead."
