WItney North By-Election Action Day - more help needed

District Council By-Elections 20 August in Witney North

You have been great.  On Saturday 8 August we had a great response from some of you. The weather was glorious and over 100 people signed our petition.  We now need more help on Sunday 16 August for a lunchtime shift. Can you spare us an hour to help us an Brigitte?

Brigitte Hickman is our candidate for the District Council by-elections in Witney North on August 20.  When she put herself forward at the general elections for the town elections she lost by a handful of votes so we have a real chance this time to put up a very good fight.

Brigitte is well known in Witney and has created an exciting agenda for change that includes housing, sustainable transport, recycling and collection. We have very few volunteers in and around Witney; if you were able to spare an hour or so we could make a real change!  Please sign up and join us on the day (information will be emailed to the volunteers on meeting point and campaign material will be provided).

On the day you can help in one or more of these ways:

• Knock on doors asking voters if they might vote for Brigitte and/or sign her petition.
• Put leaflets through letter boxes.
