Local Green Councillor and former Lord Mayor, Elise Benjamin, presented a letter to the Prime Minister at 10 Downing Street expressing opposition to the cuts to local authority spending.
Says Cllr Benjamin:"Green Councillors from across the country decided to take the fight over local government cuts straight to number 10. These cuts are immoral, unnecessary and will impact disproportionately on the most vulnerable."
