Greens Say Beds Should be Available Whenever the Temperature Drops Below Freezing

In response to recent drops in temperature, Greens have yet again hit out at the Council's policy of only providing over night accommodation to rough sleepers when the temperature drops below zero for 3 or more consecutive nights.
Says Cllr David Thomas, Leader of Oxford City Green Group, "Beds should be made available for rough sleepers whenever freezing temperatures are forecast - at the very least. It should not take three cold nights to trigger provision."
